Hello, I’m Stephanie
Following a sudden inner change several years ago, I now see a different perception of life, which in turn has led me to connect with a deep inner peace whilst still living amidst all of life's experiences, both good and bad as viewed from the mind.
This has shown me the vast potential available to everyone who is prepared to see beyond the concepts of what we think, feel and believe to be true.
My aspiration as a therapist in Brentwood is to help as many people as possible find their route out of their suffering (whatever guise that comes in) and to help them connect with a sense of peace and calm in order to live a happier and more fulfilling life. I love seeing the change in people and seeing them recognise they have the strength, confidence and all the tools to have the life they want to.
My Approach to Therapy
As a qualified therapist, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic approach, working holistically in a mind/body/spirit integrated way, to help you restore balance, both physically and emotionally, creating opportunities to resolve and transform issues so that you can embrace life and live to your fullest potential.
All of my treatments are personally tailored to you as an individual. We work together to identify your needs and to develop an effective treatment plan.
